Kui oled paki tellinud Omniva postkontorisse v\u00f5i Smartkulleriga, saab selle tagastada DPD automaadi kaudu v\u00f5i ise meie esindusse tuua.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tagastamine DPD automaadi kaudu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paki kohalej\u00f5udmise s\u00f5numis on kaasas ka tagastuskood, mille sisestamisel genereerib pakiautomaat pakisildi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tagastamine Smartposti automaadi kaudu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kui pakk oli tellitud sinisesse pakiautomaati, saab paki tagastada sama uksekoodiga, millega selle k\u00e4tte said (\u00fcksk\u00f5ik millises sinises pakiautomaadis).<\/li>\n<li>Kui pakk oli tellitud valgesse pakiautomaati, mine iseteeninduse lehele <a href=\"https:\/\/my.smartpost.ee\/return_parcel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my.smartpost.ee<\/a> ja sisesta oma saadetise number (triipkood). Vali tagastamiseks sobiv pakiautomaat (sinine v\u00f5i valge). Pakki saab tagastada ainult algse pakikaardi v\u00f6\u00f6tkoodi numbri alusel. p\u00e4eva<\/strong> jooksul alates paki k\u00e4ttesaamisest.<\/li>\n<li>Tagastatud toode peab olema kandmata\/kasutamata ning korrektselt pakitud.<\/li>\n<li>Tagastamis\u00f5igus ei kehti toodetele, mille tellija on ise kujundanud v\u00f5i toode on talle spetsiaalselt valmistatud tellija poolt esitatud tingimuste kohaselt (vaata <a href=\"https:\/\/prindistuudio.ee\/en\/kasutustingimused\/#tagastus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kasutustingimused<\/a> punkt 8.2), v.a juhul, kui tegemist on praaktootega.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kauba tagastamiseks tuleb t\u00e4ita tagastusvorm.<\/strong> Ilma tagastamise teavituse v\u00f5i tagastusvormita tagastusi ei
